2. Nature of TREWSELF Services
TREWSELF provides specialized guided conversations utilising a visual card methodology facilitated by Richard Elwell to help leaders, individuals, and teams gain personal clarity.
Important Clarification:
TREWSELF is a facilitated dialogue process. It does not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, clinical diagnosis, or regulated financial advice. Clients retain full autonomy and sole responsibility for their personal and business decisions.
3. Bookings, Appointments & Cancellations
Sessions are arranged directly with Richard Elwell via email, telephone, or WhatsApp. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session so that the time may be offered to others seeking clarity.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, visual card designs, content, copy, and visual methodologies displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of TREWSELF and Richard Elwell. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, TREWSELF and Richard Elwell shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising out of your use of our website or guided conversation services.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
