Breakthrough Sessions

Here’s what others have experienced working directly with Richard.

"Richard took me through a discussion in preparation for London Marathon in 2018, and really made me think about the experience that I was setting myself up for as well as my motivation for doing the race.

He got me to dig really deep into my “why” and how that would shape the experience for me. It was my first marathon and I was probably setting myself up to try and get through on adrenaline alone; therefore working with Richard gave me an opportunity to create anchors that would stay with me throughout the race and that I could tap into when the going got really tough.

Working with Richard was a game changer and an experience I’ve carried forward to this day."

Work Directly with the Founder

I’ve known Richard for many years and have seen the impact of his work firsthand. Over that time, I’ve watched him help people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives—overcoming obstacles, reshaping limiting beliefs, and stepping into a stronger, more capable version of themselves.

As someone with a military background, I place a high value on trust, integrity, and proven effectiveness. Richard embodies those qualities. I am not easily impressed, and I am careful about who I endorse—but I wholeheartedly stand behind his work.

Beyond my military and security experience, I have a deep interest in coaching and human development, and I am actively involved in research and development in veteran mental health. From that perspective, I recognise the power and relevance of the tool Richard has developed. The ability to rewire belief systems and build psychological resilience is not just helpful—it is essential, particularly for those facing significant life challenges.

I sincerely hope Richard is able to extend this work further into the military community, especially to support those dealing with PTSD and related struggles. I believe his approach has the potential to make a profound difference, just as I have seen it do for many others over the years.
